Commentary:

I've given a lot of thought as to how to evaluate virtual sex DVDs from a sex perspective. I've come to the conclusion that there are really three variables that determine, at least to me, whether I'll enjoy a virtual sex experience: 1) the beauty of the girl and whether or not I'd like to be with her; 2) the girl's performance and whether it is believable or not; and 3) the believability of the cumshots.

Jesse Jane's Beauty and Desirability: Fuckin YES! I mentioned above that I got to know Jesse a bit when I interviewed her. She's gorgeous AND she's a woman who I'd really enjoy spending time with. How gorgeous is she? Just LOOK at the boxcover of this disk and the other photos I've included with this review (photos courtesy of Joone).

Jesse's Performance and Believability: When I interviewed Jesse, I was impressed by her poise and her quiet strength: she was a polite Texan girl--with an endearing drawl--who didn't speak above a hush. She warned me that she acts quite differently when having sex. I was skeptical because I hadn't seen her fuck yet. Anyway, she was right. She's a hellion and, especially in her "naughty" demeanor, will raise your cock to new heights--or cause your pussy to gush--with just her words. Damn, what a sex machine! Another point. We all know that it's hard to ensure that a woman will cum every time she has sex. Jesse convincingly cums in each of her orgasm segments. Either she does cum or she's a hell of a gifted actress. Personally, I'd put my money on the former.

Cumshot Believability: Here's where this disk trumps EVERY OTHER VIRTUAL SEX DISK I've seen. Every guy knows how impossible it would be to physically cum every time it's required in a multi position, multi demeanor movie. So, some studios have tried digital cumshots with varying degrees of success. Sometimes, the girl uses a cum-spewing dildo. Sometimes other techniques are employed. However, I've never been satisfied with virtual sex cumshots until now. I'm not sure how they did it, but the cumshots in every position appear real. I checked out each orgasm in both angles frame by frame. The external cumshots look real! And, in perhaps the best solution I've seen, Jesse takes internal cumshots (cream pies) in the cowgirl and reverse cowgirl positions (watch each of these positions in Camera Angle 2). Even though internal popshots can be convincingly faked, they appear genuine enough to satisfy me. And, if you read my reviews, you'll know how partial I am to cream pies! In fact, I SO enjoyed the cream pies that I set the DVD to loop those cumshots while I'm writing this review. I could watch them for hours! Kudos, Jesse and Digital Playground. Great job!

DVD Perspectives:

Video (technical): The video is very nice overall. The action is set against a stark black background so nothing can distract you from Jesse's magnificence. There are two angles during the foreplay and sex scenes: one is generally point of view (from your perspective) while the other is from the side or back. I did notice that the two cameras used during shooting were not set to the same color balance: camera two is more yellowish than camera one. In any case, the image is crisp and clear and appeared only slightly pixelized even blown up to fill my 1024 X 1280 computer screen. Four and one-half stars.

Audio (technical): Most of the audio is quite nicely recorded. However, there are some portions that are too quiet in comparison to the rest of the audio. Music accompanies only the titles, so nothing comes between you and Jesse's voice while you virtually fuck her. There are two audio tracks: innocent and naughty. I really like the naughty soundtrack better. So, I'd prefer that choice to remain selected. However, I noticed that sometimes when I moved from one sexual position to another that the audio channel would jump back to innocent. I don't know why that happened. Four stars!

Extras: In comparison with virtual sex titles released by other studios, the extras on this disk are somewhat light. There's a strip tease segment as well as some erotic stories told straight from Jesse's nasty mouth. Three and one-half stars.

Aesthetics: I really liked the stark black background during the sex and foreplay scenes. I don't like--and I've made this comment before--the raggedy appearance of the icons used to navigate to different sexual positions: they're very pixelized. However, you can turn them off if so desired by clicking the "Menu" button on your remote. Three and one-half stars.

One bonus star for condom-free sex!
